French Senior Account Manager

ThirdEyeMedia is looking for a French Senior Account Manager! Minimum of 6 years of PR experience, at an agency or inHouse. Please note: non-native French speakers need not apply.

Responsibilities

  • Manage several ThirdEyeMedia existing and future accounts.
  • Develop communications strategy and materials for clients, with an emphasis on press outreach and pitches.
  • Develop and maintain close, productive relationships with journalists, key partners, and influencers in the tech and business press.
  • Write press releases, blog posts and other media communications to promote clients.
  • Create, develop, and maintain media lists up to date across several markets and languages.
  • Pitch reporters on behalf of ThirdEyeMedia clients.
  • Help edit and proofread client pitches, press releases, media pitches and more.
  • Activate and maintain social media channels: Content creation, campaign management, etc.

Qualifications

  • Native French speaker and fluency in English.
  • University degree in Communications, Humanities. 
  • Self starter, autonomous, fast learner.
  • Demonstrable experience in PR, media, marketing, or communications.
  • Project management experience.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
  • Ability to work with colleagues in different countries/languages and understand cultural differences.
  • Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

English Senior Account Manager

Junior Portuguese Account Manager

ThirdEyeMedia is looking for a Portuguese Junior Account Manager! Portuguese nationality, Portuguese residency and university degree Portugal mandatory for this position. Please note: foreigners with Portuguese residency need not apply.

  • Assist in developing communications strategy and materials for clients, with an emphasis on press outreach and pitches.
  • Develop and maintain close, productive relationships with journalists, key partners, and influencers in the tech and business press.
  • Write press releases and other media communications to promote clients.
  • Create, develop, and maintain media lists up to date across several markets and languages.
  • Pitch reporters on behalf of ThirdEyeMedia clients.
  • Help edit and proofread client pitches, press releases, media pitches and more.
  • Activate and maintain social media channels: Content creation, campaign management, etc.
  • Assist in office management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Native Portuguese speaker (Portuguese from Portugal) and fluency in English.
  • University degree(s) obtained in Portugal.
  • Self-starter, autonomous, fast learner.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability and interest in working with colleagues in different countries/languages and understanding cultural differences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in tech and consumer PR is a plus.
  • Previous experience managing social media accounts is a plus.

Social Media Manager

ThirdEyeMedia is looking for a part-time Social Media Manager!
Minimum of 3 years of social media experience, as a freelancer, at an agency or inHouse.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement social media strategy for ThirdEyeMedia, aligned with business goals.
  • Run social media ads, set specific objectives (KPIs) and report on ROI.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to questions/comments in a timely manner, and monitor reviews.
  • Oversee and update, as needed, social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in written AND spoken English.
  • Proven work experience as a social media manager.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Client management and client reporting skills
